Returns & Exchanges

At ArtMillwork Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted home decor; if your piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made or personalized millwork items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package to the return address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
